FOR EASTER BASKET ORDERS
Q. So I just ordered an Easter Basket now what?
A. Thank you for your order. Carmel will now prepare and produce your Easter Basket to the details within your order. Please allow 48 hours for your basket to be created (or 72 hours if you have ordered more than one). After this period, your basket(s) will be awaiting collection in Roselawn Newsagents. You will be contacted by phone to notify you of this.
After you have received a call, just walk up to the counter in the shop and give your name and order, and your basket will be presented to you.
Q. Where is your store located?
A. Roselawn Newsagents is located in the Tesco Roselawn Shopping Centre in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. You can see more details about our location and opening hours here.
Q. I'd like a refund on the Easter Basket I purchased?
A. If you call Roselawn Newsagents within 12 hours of your order, we can cancel your order and refund you. If it is passed this timeframe an order cannot be cancelled as your Easter basket will have begun production or be completed already.
If you are just looking to change something on your order, this may be possible. Just contact Roselawn Newsagents within 12 hours of your order at 01 8210 292 and we will do our best to facilitate you.
If 12 hours have passed since your order, all orders are final.
Q. I received one of your Easter Baskets as a gift, but I don't want it or would like to exchange it.
A. All produced baskets are strictly final and non-refundable. With regards to exchanges, assuming you received your basket on Easter Sunday, there would be nothing to exchange your basket for, since each basket is made to order.
If you happen to not like the chocolate featured in your basket, you need to have a chat with the person who bought it for you to ensure they get it right for you the following year.
Q. Is your website and checkout secure?
A. Roselawn Newsagents has 256-bit SSL encryption and our servers are operated and managed by Shopify. Shopify is the world's most popular e-commerce platform. We are also certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
Additionally, our checkout features PayPal and Stripe as our payment processors. We never have access to your card details. These two companies are the world leaders in payment processing, so you can be sure your details are safe and securely processed.

FOR GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS
Q. I received a subscription certificate as a gift, what do I do now?
A. Please visit us in-store at your earliest convenience and we will arrange the start date and end date for your subscription and get you set up.
Q. How long do I have to redeem my gift certificate before it is void?
A. All gift certificates are redeemable for exactly 1 year from the date of purchase. If you want to use it outside of this period, it will not be possible.
Q. I received a gift certificate, but I don't want that paper (or magazine), I don't read it?
A. Gift subscriptions are strictly final and non-refundable, but if there is something within the price range of an already processed gift subscription, it may be possible to swap the paper (or magazine). This is up to the on-duty Manager's discretion and their decision is final.
Q. I'd like a refund on the gift certificate I purchased?
A. All gift certificates are final and cannot be refunded or returned.
Q. I used the wrong name for the subscription or I forgot to give a name?
A. That's okay, just call us on 01 8210 292 or email info@roselawnnewsagents.com quoting your order number and the name you would like on the subscription. We will update it then.
Q. Are Special Issues and Annuals included in subscriptions?
A. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions do not include Special Issues or Annuals.
Q. So I just ordered a subscription, now what?
A. Thank you for your order. We will now prepare your subscription gift certificate. Please allow 4 hours or until you are contacted, to collect your certificate.
